Governor's Mansion!

Over the summers we like to go to all the different random places in Salt Lake, to see things we have never seen. Last week Rub, Lissy and I went and toured the Governor's Mansion. We learned quite a bit that we didn't know. This is us at the doors. The hottie guard that was locking up the property took our pic!

Swimming with the Kids!

So for a long time Al and I have been talking about hooking Cooper and Sophie with Kaylen and Kiyah! We want them to be friends. We were finally able to set up a play date and they LOVED each other!!! Here is Al and Ryker. Bobbie met up with us and brought Ryker and Gage.

Here is Kaylen and Cooper. This is like the 12th picture I took and they were way over it! If any of you watched The O.C., well this is our version or Ryan and Seth! The cool bad boy, and the trendy nerd!

Old Friends!

This week I went to dinner with some friends that I haven't seen in forever! We were friends from High School, Elementary School, and some even Sunbeams!!! It was really fun! Tiffany, Ashley, Karolyn, Erin, Kelly, Jinger and me!
We decided that we need to do this way more often, so we can stay in touch!

Road Trip!

OK, So after leaving San Fran, me and my sister road tripped down the Pacific Coast Highway. It was beautiful and fun! We made quite a few stops, just as we saw things on the side of the road. We loved the action!

As we were driving out of San Fran we had to drive down Castro Street. Sadly we were on a schedule and did not have time to stop, but loved driving through. As you can tell by the rainbow flags, it is very diverse!:) If you don't know what the Castro is, then you should see "MILK" the story of Harvey Milk, the first gay Supervisor for San Fransisco.

At one point on the road we pulled over because I loved the scenery. I got out and took pictures and people were honking at us because I don't think we were supposed to be pulled over. It was funny.

This was called Pigeon Point Light house. It was pretty sweet. There was look outs to the ocean, the lighthouse, and it was hostel housing. (we did NOT stay there! Hostels scare me:)

Because I think I am so photographic, and Rebekah thinks she is such a good photographer, things worked out pretty well on the picture taking side. Here is me at the look out at the light house.

Here we are together at with the Light House behind us!This was one of my FAVORITE stops! Bubble Gum Alley in San Luis Obispo. I was so stoked to take the PCH so that we could stop in this town. It is so gross and dirty, but RAD at the same time.
I made my own 'R' with my gum! It was fun but I felt so dirty for touching the wall! I tried to cover up my boobs in this one since they were hanging out in all the other pics!
Rub loved the wall too! She made a contribution and took TONS of pics!
The town also ended up being pretty cool. It kind of reminded me of Park City. We stayed for lunch and went shopping at all the cool shops. We wished we could have spent longer!

Blue October

I absolutely LOVE this band! Last night some friend went to the concert at The Depot! As always, it was a great show and very entertaining.This is me and Al!

Here is a live show of Blue October with one of their songs called 'Dirt Room', It is so good. I wish I could have posted the music video cause it sounded better, but it was restricted!!! My favorite part of this band is the lead singer and his voice, and they have a violinist!!!!!

Golden Gate Bridge!

What is a San Fran trip without the Golden Gate Bridge?! This was the point where we turned back the other way. We didn't have time to walk all the way across, but we did walk pretty far. Here is Rub. They had a ton of look out points to take pics before you actually walked or drove across the bridge.

This is pretty tall! The views were awesome! I am moving to San Fran!
